Estimates – Interstate is always happy to help you determine
the most effective use of our equipment and help determine costs involved.
- Set Up
and Strike of Large Equipment – Our larger equipment, such as
canopies, staging and dance floor, is priced to include set up and tear
down.
- Free-Site
Inspections – At the time of your inspection there will be a
charge, but when you place your order with us, the price of the inspection
is credited to your order.
- Familiar
with Local Venues – We maintain relationships with many local
venues in our area. These relationships allow us to help you plan what
items the event center has available, what items you will need to rent
what restrictions may exist and the capacities for their event areas.
- On-Site
Support (when needed) – We’re happy to assist in supplying on-site
support throughout your event if desired. Feel free to inquire within
for this service.
- Delivery
and Pickup – When you place your order with Interstate, we ensure
that your items are clean, prepared, and on time. We offer a number
of options for delivery and pickup of rental items.
- Showroom
– We’ve found that many people are more visually oriented and benefit
from actually seeing the colors and touching the fabrics used. Our staff
is happy to help you visualize your event.
